Full-scare nights: October 23–24

The 2026 Lurking in the Shadows ticket calendar lists Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24. Gates open around 7 p.m., once dark; ticket sales end at 10 p.m. The experience combines a maze, trail, hayride, vortex and parts of the mill. Allow about 45 minutes inside, plus potentially substantial queue time.

Happy Haunts: October 24

The remaining low/no-scare family session is Saturday, October 24, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Admission is $35 per family: up to two adults and children under 18 at the same address. Tickets are sold at the door only; current museum members enter free. A guided visit, hayride and seasonal activities are included, with refreshments and a family pumpkin while supplies last.

LightsON! backstage tour: October 22

Thursday’s lights-on tour shows how volunteers build the attraction. Door sales start at 6:30 p.m.; tours begin at 7 p.m., with the last departure at 8:30 p.m. Check the museum’s event page for tickets and details.

Before you travel

Use 56 Main Street, Clinton, NJ 08809. Treat this as a separate destination from a Philadelphia haunt night. The full-scare show uses fog, strobes, loud effects and live actors. Ask the museum about mobility and sensory requirements before purchasing.

The ticket page states no refunds. The show runs in rain; if unsafe conditions force closure, tickets are honored on another night. Confirm arrangements directly, especially for the final scheduled weekend.
